In Satyender Jain Vs. ED, the court has rejected the bail plea of Aam Admi Party Politician Satyender Jain in the money laundering case.

ED had argued that he converted “black money into white money” and even tampered with evidence.

This case was based on CBI allegations that Jain had acquired movable properties in the name of various persons between 2015 and 2017, which he could not satisfactorily account for.

At present, Satyender Jain is charged with Section 13(2) read with Section 13(e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act
