The Right to Information Act (RTI Act) online site for citizens to submit requests in regard to the Supreme Court was established by the Supreme Court
The Supreme Court’s RTI Portal is prepared and will be operational in 15 minutes.
If there are teething issues, we will investigate and fix them, CJI said.
Only Indian citizens are permitted to use the portal to submit RTI requests, and first appeals, and to pay fines, copying costs, etc.
The applicant may use internet banking, a Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card, or UPI to pay the required charge.
Each RTI application costs ten rupees.
